Cancellation Policy for the Gateless Academy
Once a writer enters the Gateless Academy, the writers signs an acceptance letter stating their commitment to the program, to their community and to their writing.
Should the writer wish to withdraw from the program before the second week of their enrollment, all monies save a $250 administrative deposit will be refunded.
Should the writer wish to withdraw from the program after the second week, tuition is non-refundable.
Should the writer become ill or experience unforeseen circumstances, the writer will still continue to pay the remainder of the year and can simply reenter the following year.
Cancellation Policy for the Teacher Training & Retreats
35 days before the start of the program: Full refund save the deposit or deposit credited toward space in a comparable upcoming Gateless Writing Program.
After 35-14 days before the start of the program, monies paid may be transferred to another program save the $1500 deposit. Those monies must be used within one year and do not include 1:1 time with Suzanne.
Less than 14 days, very real expenses have already been incurred on your behalf, no refund will be issued even in extenuating circumstances.
